Delivery and Returns
We aim to send out all orders within 24 hours of payment being received and deliver within 3-5 working days to most locations. Please note that public holidays, severe weather events, Cook Strait ferry cancellations, and courier driver shortages can cause delivery delays at times.
Rural delivery may take up to 7 days.
We can’t ship to PO boxes, we need a physical address.
Shipping rates are:
Wairarapa $5
NZ North Island - 6 bottles $10; 12 bottles $13.
NZ South Island - 6 bottles $13; 12 bottles $20.00
NZ Rural $18
We do not ship internationally sorry.
Product and Packaging
If our wine arrives damaged in some way, we get the order wrong, or the wine gets lost (that’s never ideal), we will organise replacement wine for you. Please let us know asap if this happens by emailing hello@thegraduates.co.nz.
